Clever IDM Enterprise Product Guide

Clever IDM Enterprise is a robust account lifecycle management solution that manages identities and accounts. System credentials with appropriate access are required in order to properly create, update, enable, disable, move, and delete accounts in Active Directory, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. These credentials are protected and encrypted within the system and are only available for use by the system -- not individual users. In some cases, these credentials are not a simple username and password but are OAuth or application-specific key pair credentials established within the application platform.
