About This Guide
This guide contains overviews about Clever IDM Enterprise features and instructions for performing administrative tasks using Clever IDM Enterprise. It does not prescribe administrative workflows or strategies but is intended to be used as a reference.
Before using the instructions in this guide:
Ensure the Clever IDM Enterprise application has been selected within the Clever Portal for use by your district
The cloud instance is set up and accessible (confirm with your customer success manager)
Best Practice
Wait until after the tenant has been claimed to install components for Identity Bridge or Password Filter. This will ensure that both features are installed and used correctly.
