What is My Clever IDM Enterprise Tenant URL?
Your Customer Success Manager should be able to provide you with your Clever IDM Enterprise tenant URL. This will look similar to the following:
https://[district_domain_name_prefix].rapididentity.com
For example, if your district was named Hill Valley Schools, and your domain name was hillvalleyschools.net, your tenant would be https://hillvalleyschools.rapididentity.com.
Note
There are many districts that share common names, so it is possible that your URL may deviate from this naming convention slightly. Your CSM will provide you with your actual URL.
