Logging into the Policy Configuration Utility
To log into the Policy Configuration Utility, provide the following data in the form on the login page.
Clever IDM Enterprise Tenant URL (your tenant URL provided)
Email address (must be an account that has the District Administrator role)
Password
Upon successful login, you will be directed to the first step in the configuration process. A navigation menu will appear on the left side, allowing you to move steps as needed or return to previous steps.
Note
For the initial configuration, it is essential that you do the steps in the order they are listed, as subsequent configuration will not work if items are not configured correctly.
The Policy Configuration Utility is restricted to accounts that are members of the District Administrator role. Any account that is not in this role will not be able to successfully authenticate to the utility and will receive a message similar to the following:
