Forgot My Username
To access the Forgot My Password or Forgot My Username options, click the Need help? option on the Clever IDM Enterprise login page.
Click the Forgot My Username button.
Enter the email address associated with your Clever IDM Enterprise account.
A confirmation screen will show that an email has been sent to the address entered. Check that address's inbox for an email containing your username.
Note
Entering an incorrect email address results in an error message. Click Back or Start Over and try entering the information again.
