Profile Templates
Click the Settings cog in the People module to access Profile Templates. These allow District Administrators to customize the messages that are sent to users during important system process steps.

From this screen, you can update Email Templates and Web Templates to be sent to users during important steps of critical system processes. Simply click Edit on the rightmost column of this screen for that type of template's customization menu.

Email Templates

For each of the Email Templates (Password Reset, Profile Changed, and Retrieved User ID), District Administrators are given a rich-text, customizable form with token values available for Clever IDM Enterprise to calculate values upon system send. These emails can be sent as HTML or plain text.
Web Templates
Web Templates for Clever IDM Enterprise have been deprecated but are still visible in the Profile Templates menu. These can be disregarded, as they are generally no longer relevant to system actions.
