Group Management in the Portal

The Roles module provides the ability for authorized users to create and manage both System Administrative Roles and User Groups.

District Administrators have the ability to manage the District Administrator, Portal Reporting Viewer, Portal Role Manager, and Portal Sponsor System Roles as well as the predefined User Groups such as Staff, Students, and Teachers. In addition, District Administrators can create and manage additional district-specific User Groups as needed.
