Initial Setup Process

Once your tenant has been confirmed as created, you will need to perform the following steps to complete your setup.

  1. Claim Your Tenant - Once the tenant is created, you will need to log into the URL provided by your customer success manager, then enter a District Administrator's email address and claim code that was sent in the initial email. Follow this process to claim your account.

  2. Clever Data Share Request and Validation - You should have received an email requesting to share Data from Clever to Clever IDM Enterprise. Please accept this and ensure you are sharing all of your Student and Staff data.

  3. Software Installation Prerequisites - Once the first two items have been completed, move forward with the installation of the following:

    1. Identity Bridge

    2. Active Directory Password Filter

  4. Accounts and System Configuration - These items may already be completed, but confirm the following has been properly set up:

    1. Administrator User Accounts created for:

      1. Active Directory

      2. G-Suite or Google

      3. Microsoft 365/Azure

    2. Configuration for required Systems:

      1. Microsoft 365/Azure

      2. G-Suite or Google

Once all of these steps are complete, contact your Customer Success Manager or Support to schedule your Policy Configuration session.
